The debate for NFL expansion rages on as Patriots owner Robert Kraft recently has pushed for a NFL team to post-up in London.

That assumed move would happen after the Los Angeles team is in play.

We respect Mr. Kraft and his business acumen but truthfully there is a lot of land left to be mined here before we head overseas.

Of course, when you start looking at the median value of the English pound vs. the US dollar and the potential to fill a venue such as Wembley stadium on a consistent basis, that argument can sound tempting.

We have our own thoughts on that coming tomorrow.

Some areas that are considered locks such as Norfolk, VA simply have ties that run to deep to other teams such as the Washington Redskins.

For the now, let’s look at five cities that are almost no-miss homegrown opportunities for the NFL.
