Buffalo Bills coach Chan Gailey is totally into Vince Young.

Could there be a quarterback’s controversy brewing in Buffalo? It was expected that the Bills would sign for Titans starter Vince Young after he had a successful workout with them.
What was not expected is that head coach Chan Gailey was going to come out and gush about the signing.
“He’s done some great things,” Gailey said. ”(Buddy) thought that was a great guy for us to bring in because we’ve talked all along about wanting to continually try to bring in guys who can compete for jobs. And he can compete for a job. I’m looking forward to working with him.
“He’s got a great arm. When he worked out here, he threw it very well. Everybody knows his mobility. He brings you that, and he’s won football games in the NFL. That’s another positive.”
Please keep in mind that Gailey loves his mobile quarterbacks as evidenced by option based schemes that he ran down at Georgia Tech.
This is not to say that starter Ryan Fitzpatrick is getting bumped today. But what will happen if he lays down and dies like he did during the second half of the 2011 campaign?
The Bills could very well be Young’s last shot at making an impact on an NFL program. There is no doubt that he will be beyond hungry.
