Delonte West uses Twitter to find a job

When someone submits their resume and spells it “resamay,” there is a very good chance that they will be unsuccessful in their mission to find a new job.

When said person has screwed up as many times as now former NBA player Delonte West has, the plot thickens even deeper.

West took to Twitter to sell himself to potential suitors in a flurry of tweets that are at best embarrassing.

Odds are West is aware that this will generate publicity for himself.

It’s a shame that his former boss Mark Cuban told ESPN, that he’s the type of guy to kill the “culture” of an NBA team.

“I like Delonte a lot,” Cuban said on Tuesday. “It was a difficult decision and we’ll leave it at that.

“You always have to remember, the culture of the organization comes first. If you lose the culture and it goes in the wrong direction, than you’ve lost your team. We’ve had years like that where we’ve lost certain guys or I wasn’t diligent on certain guys and it’s hurt the team in a big way.”

Sounds like West will have a hard time getting a recommendation from his last employer.
