Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub has something in common with boxer Evander Holyfield.

Schaub lost a part of his ear in battle after a brutal helmet-to-helmet sack from the Denver Broncos Joe Mays left him prone on the field.

When asked about the play after the game, Schaub who threw four touchdowns during the contest gave the Houston Chronicle a heads up on his situation after the game.

“I felt fine,” Schaub said. “Lost a piece of my ear.’”
