NEW YORK—New York Knicks point guard Barron Davis is most likely going to hang up his dunks and call it a career.

An MRI exam today revealed complete tears of both the ACL and MCL and a partial tear of the patella tendon.

Davis was injured during Game 4 of the Knicks ongoing series with the Miami Heat and will undergo surgery later this week.

According to the New York Post, the recovery time places him out of the 2012-2013 season which at his age more or less brings his career to a close.

Not the way you want to go out but he had a good career and was on the end anyway. Hope he does good on his next stage.
