NFL Draft: New England to send both of their #1 picks to Seattle for the 12th spot?

A pair of day one trades could be in the making.

The New England Patriots have two number one picks this year at numbers 27 and 31. The word is that they could be packaging those picks together to trade places with the Seahawks who are now in the number 12 slot.

The Seahawks are allegedly high on Quentin Coples and he is potentially sliding down many draft boards. If they Seahawks can still get their man and pick up an extra first round pick, they score big time.

There is obviously somebody that the Patriots really like. Common sense states that it would have to either be a pass rusher or a defensive back.
Three names to consider Alabama safety Mark Barron, South Carolina cornerback Stephon Gilmore and South Carolina defensive end Melvin Ingram. This tidbit is being reported by the NFL Network’s Albert Breer.

Another move that is being discussed is that the Colts would be interesting in trading DE Dwight Freeney for a first or maybe second round pick.
