Picture: Robert Griffin III shreds WR Leonard Hankerson’s Glove

There has been a lot said about RG3′s throwing strength. On his mission to prove that his arm is indeed stronger than his legs, he has been taking his game to the level as he works out with his wide outs such as former Miami standout Leonard Hankerson.

Hankerson posted the picture below on his Instagram account with the message

“Out here grinding… This is what #RG3 and #Kirk did to my glove” Based on the OTA reports, Hankerson was being awfully nice to include backup Kirk Cousins in his mention.

    Obviously the writer doesn’t know the definition of the word ‘shred’. The glove is ripped, not shredded. WR wear their gloves very tight, they can rip them doing push ups. I’m sure RG3 throws hard, but lets not over dramatize for the sake of news, ok?

    The glove in the picture looks an older glove showing standard wear and tear over a period of time. Let’s just wait to see if RG3 can live up too any of the hype when he plays against NFL defenses!
