Players Views Sunday Morning Fantasy Report is designed to provide last second information on who is out and who should still be able to get it done. Let’s go
Leave Them Alone:
Pierre Garcon is probably going to play for the Washington Redskins today against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
For fantasy owners that want to insert him into their lineup…don’t. If he plays he will receive limited snap according to the league’s website.
If you are excited about the potential for Reggie Bush to play today, don’t be.
Reggie is a game time decision. Although he is in the late game timeframe leaving you a bit of time to switch to another eligible player, unless you have a strong second option, leave him alone until Week 5.
The Buffalo Bills running back situation is not only confusing, it is more than irritating. Somebody will have a great day behind that line but as of 10:15 a.m. EST we still don’t know if Fred Jackson or C.J. Spiller will return today.
If they are both out, Tashard Choice becomes the man. As of now, put them the entire bench unless Choice is sole starter for the day.
The New York Giants’ Hakeem Nicks is out for today. Not only should he on your bench today, I would give thought to trading him outright while you can get a nice piece of value for him.
By Week 8 Nicks will be the man. But if you can’t wait for him to get right, move him now before suitors are to skittish to offer you anything of value for him.
To update our previous fantasy update, the Titans’ Kenny Britt has been ruled out in his Week Four game against the Houston Texans.
If you are hurting for a replacement, one guy that is widely available is the Bengals’ Andrew Hawkins.
Hawkins is seriously on-the-rise and he is becoming a stable part of Cincinnati’s explosive offense posting double digit numbers two weeks in-a-row.
Another option is the most hated man in the NFL. Golden Tate has made headlines for two consecutive weeks and could have a nice day against the Rams.
With a new quarterback in Russell Wilson that is taking him seriously, Tate like Hawkins could prove to be for real.
Neither may not produce Britt’s previously eye-popping numbers, but both can help you get a coveted win.
Go Ahead And Play:
Don’t worry about the reports that Rob Gronkowski’s hip injury will slow him down. He’s on the official injury report but he should be able to tough out a decent day against the Bills.
Dwayne Bowe practiced this week on a very limited level. Bowe’s a warrior that is secretly having a great year. Worst case scenario he gets you in the neighborhood of 10 points as the Chiefs could easily end up in a shootout with Phillip Rivers and the Chargers.
Mikel Leshoure is the shakiest player in this category but he should play and do fairly well despite his current groin injury.
